You receive a reduced monthly membership rate while giving guests a trusted resource for planning entertainment at or near your property.

The $49 monthly rate is available to properties that actively introduce guests to The Bachelorette Depot through at least one approved promotional placement.

Approved placements may include:

• A service recommendation or link on your property website
• Approved promotional content on your Instagram or social-media page
• A QR code inside the property
• A QR code in a printed or digital house rule book
• Placement inside a guest welcome guide
• A service recommendation in pre-arrival messages
• A service recommendation in post-booking communication
• Another promotional placement approved by Bach BNB

Bach BNB or The Bachelorette Depot can provide approved language, service information, referral links and QR-code materials.

The promotional placement must remain active to maintain the discounted Preferred Partner membership rate.

Each Preferred Partner receives an assigned tracking method, such as a unique referral link, QR code or promotional code.

When your guest uses that tracking method to book an eligible service through The Bachelorette Depot, your property can earn a 10% referral commission after the service has been paid for and completed.

Referral commissions are not earned on canceled, refunded, disputed or incomplete reservations. Eligible services and commission calculations are governed by the Preferred Partner Agreement.

Service availability may vary by destination, date and property rules.

Guests sometimes hire outside entertainment without knowing who they are inviting onto the property—or whether the provider understands professional expectations.

Preferred Partners can direct guests to The Bachelorette Depot, a nationwide provider of professionally coordinated, licensed and insured entertainment experiences.

Before an eligible service takes place, our team can collect and communicate important event information, including:

• Property address and access instructions
• Guest count
• Requested service
• Preferred timeframe
• Property restrictions
• Visitor and entertainment rules
• Indoor or outdoor requirements
• Conduct expectations

Property owners maintain complete control over which services, visitors and activities are permitted.

Tell us about your property, booking process, capacity, amenities, house rules and preferred promotional placement.

The Bach BNB team reviews your property for quality, presentation, location, management standards and suitability for our audience.

Choose how you will introduce guests to The Bachelorette Depot. This may include your website, social media, house manual, welcome guide, guest messages or an on-property QR code.

Approved applicants receive the Preferred Partner Agreement and recurring-payment instructions. The $49 monthly membership begins after approval and payment authorization.

Your property is added to the appropriate Bach BNB destination page with your selected booking link and Preferred Partner identification.

We provide your assigned referral link, promotional code or QR code along with approved promotional materials.

When a properly tracked guest booking is paid for and completed, your property earns a 10% commission on the eligible service amount as defined in the Preferred Partner Agreement.

Bach BNB accepts a maximum of 24 participating properties in each city.

Limiting the number of listings protects membership value, prevents destination pages from becoming overcrowded and provides participating properties with stronger visibility.

Once a city reaches capacity, additional qualified properties may be placed on a waiting list.
